If you see Mr. D’Alfonso, make sure to give him an epic high five and shout congratulations because he is the newest recipient of the Molly Award! Mr. D'Alfonso is fantastic at building relationships with his students which help his students feel more confident in the classroom. A few of Mr. D'Alfonso's students have recently grown personally and academically due to the importance Mr. D'Alfonso places on getting to know each individual student. Sometimes it’s not what is on a test score or report card that truly evaluates how a teacher or student is doing. Sometimes it’s the small steps that add up to big strides that truly show growth. And these small steps this week are making a big difference for these particular students. Way to go Mr. D!

The graduation ceremony has been moved to inside Central Junior High. The doors will open at 6:00 P.M. and please have your ticket with you. Administration and staff look forward to celebrating the eighth grade students.
Reminder: Tomorrow, Friday, May 20th is a School Improvement Day.
